On September 26, 2019, Dr. Laura Flaxman was invited to give a presentation about Growth Culture: A New Approach to School Improvement at Harvard University. She shared the growth culture practices of Shenzhen American International School, including work with staff, students, and parents.

Also speaking at the conference were other educators from across the United States, and three authors of the book An Everyone Culture. The conference was about how an organization’s everyday culture—if it is shaped as a growth culture—can accelerate the development of all team members and capabilities that are most needed to transform schools and improve outcomes for all students.
